Ed's story
Ed was a U.S. Navy Submarine Officer and a successful entrepreneur, including Founder and former CEO of HomeExchange.com, a pioneering company in the sharing economy.
After selling HomeExchange in 2017, Ed saw the opportunity to blend sharing and owning so that any family might realize their dream of owning a vacation home. That vision became Vacation Property Partners.
He's passionate about building a community based on trust and an easy-to-use platform that meaningfully improves people's lives.
He's an active member of Rotary International and a USO volunteer. When he's not roaming the globe with his wife Terry, he enjoys hiking, swimming, golfing, and reading. They live in Hermosa Beach, California.
